Help is available when you need it with a flexible Support Allotment and Ad-hoc Support schemes. Both allow you to access our specialist resources for web based and telephone support, site visits, as well as funding additional training courses and licence purchases.
The support allotment scheme is based on purchasing a block of time. Any products and services used will be charged charged to the support allotment. Statements are available detailing who in your organisation used what products and services when.
Ad-hoc support is provided at a cost of £1.75 per minute – this is the charge per minute of the time we are actually working on your issue. We charge for the actual time we are working on your issue, not the elapsed time if for example we need to monitor e.g. an installation process. All you need to do is phone a standard rate phone number.
How to buy this service
The first time you use this service you will be asked to sign a document confirming the agreement, then you can use the service as and when you need it. If you want to restrict the use to certain members of staff from your organisation, just let us know and we will record this for future reference.
The Support Allotment pricing is discounted by nearly 25%, at £80 per hour. Allotments are a minimum of 4 hours, therefore your first allotment will cost £320 + VAT. Terms and conditions available.
