Find, Win & Keep Customers seminar proves popular
Contact Edge CRM founder Don Wiid travelled to Bedfordshire last Thursday to explain to delegates how CRM could help them to Engage, Convert & Expand new customers.
It was the third talk Don has given to business delegates in the last two months, with attendees once again going home extremely satisfied with what they had witnessed.
Don was delighted with how well the seminar - which he co-hosted with Richard Dodds from RD Associates – went down with the delegates who made the journey to Cranfield Innovation Centre.
"It was another successful seminar, particularly when you consider it was arranged at short-notice so I had less time to prepare and promote it," he said.
"The audience seemed happy; the more tech-minded of them enjoyed the hands-on demonstration, while the feedback I received from the 'top management' in attendance told me that they could see a real ROI from CRM packages."
