Contact Edge CRM founder Don Wiid made the one-hour journey south last Friday lunchtime to talk to the Huntingdonshire Business Network (HBN) about all things CRM.

Don advised an intimate crowd on how CRM systems can be integrated into smaller businesses, whilst avoiding the potential pitfalls.

Richard Wishart, who is responsible for all of the HBN’s external communications, was hugely impressed with the session.

“The presentation was really excellent and Don's evaluation was firmly based on strong marketing and sales expertise,” said Richard, who has been a member with the Network for the past seven years.

“He also highly tailored the presentation for his audience and showed how CRM had the functionality to support SME collaborative activity.”

After such a successful presentation, Don is now giving a second talk to the HBN on Friday April 1^st (no joke!).  This time the topic is on the often-misunderstood world of Email Marketing.
